Bowl food has been designed for our customer that require something more substantial than canapés and something less formal than a sit down meal. All bowls fit into the palm of your hand and are filled with an exciting range of beautifully presented dishes. The bowls can be waiter served or set up in station; this concept is a marvelous way of impressing all your guests whilst allowing them to mingle

Massamam curry with tender chicken served on sticky coconut rice

Red wine poached fillet of Hampshire beef, pomme puree and beef brisket popcorn

Lancashire Hot Pot – Tender lamb topped with crispy sliced potatoes

Feta cheese and buckwheat blini, salad of smoked beetroot and ricotta with micro herb garnish (v)

Roasted pepper and goat’s cheese potato soufflés, butternut puree and butternut chip (v)

Fish n Chips – Tempura monk fish, triple cooked chips and chunky tartar sauce

Lobster spring roll, broad bean puree, pea shoot salad and lobster oil

Fragrant lamb tagine served on herby cous cous with apricot salsa

Roasted duck breast, warm salad of puy lentils, balsamic onions and watercress

Fillet of beef capriccio, asparagus tips, shaved parmesan, fresh truffle and a squeeze of fresh lemon
